Hi,
greenstone gets the source files from the "import" directory - are
you sure you haven't accidentally put some files in there instead of
in the collection's "etc" directory?

Are there any unusual messages in the log files for building the
collection? (look for the log files in the collection's "etc" directory)

What options are you giving the plugins in the collect.cfg file?
