21. Question on planning a resource base

Read the question aloud. Divide the group into pairs. Have one person in each pair provide a brief description while the other person listens. After 3-4 minutes, reassemble the group. Ask three "listeners" who learned of innovative resource base planning to present a summary to all participants.

Q. Briefly describe how an entity in your region has successfully planned a resource base for disaster relief.
