Indian WATMANET can be facilitated as a national counterpart to the ASIAN WATMANET which can act as an umbrella to all the working groups and studies. The Indian WATMANET could also be treated as a percussor to the Indian Watershed Management Institute (IIWM) when ever the Government of India decides to establish it. The FARM program will be happy to provide advisory service for the same as and when requested.
