|Simple Reproduction Techniques - An Instructional Aid for Workers' Educators and Trade Unionists (ILO, 1977, 120 p.)|
Our suggested method for practising this technique is to have the participants write minutes throughout the course. The task of writing the minutes should be divided between two people for each event and there should be rotation among the participants.
Different types of minutes should be written:
a) The complete text of a lecture (including diagrams) with the help of a tape recorder
b) The summary of a lecture (including diagrams)
c) The contents of a discussion (with the individual's statements)
d) Excerpts from and the final results of a lecture or discussion.
As for the annexed documents, such as statistics and diagrams, multi-coloured prints should be made.
