K2R4 Decision in November, EBRD Hearing

Once again, we can announce that the decision in EBRD (European Bank for Reconstruction and Development) on loans for the controversial Khmelnitsky 2 and Rivne 4 reactors in Ukraine has been postponed, this time until November.
