Abbreviations:

UN Classification by Development Level:

DCO = developing countries other than LDC
DME = developed market economies
EIT = economies in transition
LDC = least developed countries

WHO Regions (based on geography):

AFR = Region for Africa
AMR = Region for the Americas
EMR = Region for the Eastern Mediterranean
EUR = Region for Europe
SEAR = Region for South-East Asia
WPR = Region for the western Pacific

World Bank Regions (based on development level and geography):

EME = established market economies
FSE = formerly socialist economies of Europe
