Twenty four representatives participated in the meeting. There were 6 representatives from the United Arab Emirates, 18 representatives from. Jordan, Bahrain, Tunisia, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Iraq, Oman, Qatar, Lebanon, Libya, Palestine, the Arab Federation for Technical Education (AFTE), the Arab Labor Organization (ALO), the International Labor Organization (ILO) and UNESCO.
