
State education standards
A set of compulsory requirements for each level of education established for education content, maximal training load, rules and procedures of state control over education quality, students training level, forms of education programs graduation certificates.
Education quality
Degree of education process participants (i.e. social groups and individuals) needs satisfaction in development and formation of civil, social and professional qualities.
Primary vocational education
Education obtained in vocational schools, vocational lyceums, education centers, training courses and so on after graduation of basic secondary schools. Primary vocational also provides general secondary education. It is directed at production of qualified workers and public servants in different specialties.
Vocational school
Secondary education institution which implements education programs of general secondary and primary vocational education providing training in working and public servants specialties.

Persons occupation or labor activity confirmed by respective education certificate(s).
Self-Evaluation
1. Description or analysis of conditions, trends, processes taking place at institution and its activity results. Self-evaluation is carried out by its employees prior to external or some other inspection (i.e. mainly it is preparation of a report facilitating upcoming inspection).
2. If the primary goal of the self-evaluation is implementation of positive changes then process directed at improvement of the evaluated activity proves its core component. In this case preparation of the report and facilitation of upcoming inspection are of secondary importance.
Social partnership in vocational education sector
Cooperation of vocational education institutions with institutions of the labor market, public and local authorities and civil society organizations. This cooperation is targeted at ãmaximal agreement of the process participants and their interests satisfaction.
Education technology
Implemented pedagogical system (i.e. instruments, methods and education processes.)
Management
An activity selected to achieve established goals and objectives of some subject improvement or development.
Education quality management
Especial type of management directed at attainment of definite, carefully programmed learning achievements.
Education program (syllabus)
A document which identifies content and volume of knowledge and skills to be mastered by students.
