A Fifth Extraordinary Session of the Commission on Genetic Resources for Food and Agriculture is being convoked by the Chairman, in accordance with the mandate given him by the Commission at its Fourth Extraordinary Session, to continue the negotiations for the revision of the International Undertaking, in harmony with the CBD. Rome, Italy, June 8-12, 1998.
