The Codex Alimentarius gives guidelines on the preparation and production of food and is published jointly by FAO and the World Health Organization (WHO). The CD-ROM contains all texts for standards adopted by the Codex Alimentarius Commission, in English, French and Spanish. Updates will be provided to registered holders at reduced rates.
