| Dear katherine
I contact you in order to solve some installation problems we have with
z3950
We manage to compile the z3950, at least we do it without getting any
errors.
Now the problem is that when we try to run the library.exe or the
z3950server.exe in the "gsdl\cgi-bin\" directory the operating system asks
me for some ".dll" files (yaz.dll, msvcr80.dll,COREDLL.dll,MMVCP70.dll,
MMVCR70.dll) after manually coping the needed files in the cgi-bin
directory we just get an error "library.exe - Ordinal not found"
Let me add that there's absolutely no problem with the library.exe file when
compiling without the "USE_Z3950=1" flag enabled, also the "gli.bat" file
in "gsdl\gli\" works fine with both compilations.
I guess that we must be missing a key action when compiling the source.
If you have any ideas that might be useful to us please share them.
Thanks in advance
