Hello Julian,

Since you'll have to put all the hundred+ users into one group and grant that group access to the collection, i'm wondering if there's practical value to going through the hustle.

Wouldn't you instead create one user and add that user to the group that you will grant access to and let all of the users login using that one username/password ??

Unless you have other requirements that necessitate every user having their own username/password, this would be a painless way to solve your problem.

Hi,
Am wondering about ways to authenticate a collection for a large group -
I mean large.  In other words, am wanting to restrict a collection to a
group but with perhaps hundreds of members.  I already have a database
of username/password details - is there a way I can use this database
instead of having to copy it all in again on the admin page, where I'd
need to 'add new user' hundreds of times?
