I have a problem with my collection.

My collection functioned but when I've added documents (pdf) and that I enriched those with my personal metadata, this did not function any more. During building, Greenstone says to me that all the documents are treated and integrated in the collection. However, when that I "previewed" my collection, there aren't documents there□ From where the problem comes?? Thank you in advance
