I have successfully downloaded the Greenstone software to my PC.  I have also successfully added three documents – one in Word, one a .pdf file, and the third is in PowerPoint.  However, when I go to add another PowerPoint document it cannot I get the following message while building the collection:

 

The file C:\Program Files\Greenstone\collect\washburn\tmp\cavin\cavin.item is being processed by PagedImgPlug.

The file C:\Program Files\Greenstone\collect\washburn\tmp\cavin\cavin.item encountered an error during processing.

The file cavin.ppt was recognised but could not be processed by any plugin.
