I have a classifier A-Z title list, I see that the command does not take=20
into account english language articles "the" or "a" when sorting titles:

examples:

the tile "A no=E7=E3o de sujeito" goes under N

the tile "A veces es necesario el desorden " goes under V

the tile "La ciencia pierde la razon?" goes under L

the tile "Les sept savoirs n=E9cessaires =E0 l'=E9ducation du futur" goes=
under L

My library will be multilanguage, and I either have to add all articles=20
for any language, or remove "the skipping" for "the" and "a"

can you tell me where to look for this feature in the code and remove it?
