The realistic book feature has been integrated into Greenstone, definitely
in 2.82, and I'm pretty sure in 2.81.

for info about activating it for your collection.
Basically, you just need to set the -use_realistic_book option for HTML
plugin, then the preferences page will give a book option for your HTML
documents.
