Hi,

I think the problem is probably the Unicode byte-order characters at the
start of the file. You can remove these by editing the file in a program
like Emacs or MS-DOS edit. Obviously this isn't ideal and we will look
into why these characters are causing problems.

You should be able to use the GLI to assign your Vietnamese metadata,
and avoid these problems.
