Hi Ben,

Regarding your second question, yes, you can do this. The code for the
"next/prev set of results" links is in _pagefooterextra_ in query.dm. You
can copy this stuff and insert it wherever you want in the page by
placing it at the appropriate place in the _content_ macro (query.dm).
