Hi Nathan,

Thanks for reporting these problems. The first is another Java 1.5.0
incompatibility which I have now fixed (along with some other Java 1.5.0
compilation errors and warnings). Do a CVS update on your GLI directory
to get these fixes, then remake the GLI applet jar file.

Regarding the second problem, I'm not exactly sure. Some things to check:

- Open the Java Console in your browser and check it for errors.
- Did you get Greenstone out of CVS also? There have been some changes
to the server-side code as well -- you will need to update the cgi-bin
directory to get these.

Let me know how you get on. We are planning to release Greenstone v2.53
during the next couple of days and would really like to get the GLI
applet right.
