I have created a new version of gliserver that fixes this error. You can
download the new gli-server.zip from
http://www.cs.waikato.ac.nz/~mdewsnip/greenstone/west-yorkshire/gli-server-dec19.zip
and install the same as previously.

Hopefully this will also fix the 502 Internal Server Error you are
getting when running gliserver through Apache, but I'm not certain that
it will. Let me know if it doesn't.
