Dear Greenstone users,

 

I’m quite new to Greenstone.

 

I’m trying to populate my collections with MARC records.

 

When I save a MARC record from catalog.loc.gov and try to import it into greenstone, I can’t extract any information, that is, nothing is mapped into dc field when I do “explode database” command.

 

I’ve tried both the methods available at catalog.loc.gov

 

The tutorial provided by greenstone with 50 beatles MARC records works fine.

 

Any suggestion?
