If you don't have a separate webserver under windows, you
can always run the "local library" server which includes
a very limited webserver that serves up greenstone pages.

I'm not sure if this is an install time option under windows
or not, so if it isn't what happens when you start greenstone
from the Start Menu then you might need to re-install, choosing
the "Local Library" server instead of the "Web Library" version
that assumes you have a separate web server.
