as it will not help to have your question answered any faster.

You will have to give us more information if you want us to be able to
determine what the problem is.

For example, which version of greenstone are you using, and which operating
system.

Also, you should be able to find some information about how source documents
are being processed by looking in the collect<collection name>etcfail.log
file - this will give any diagnostic errors if the 3rd party converter
programs failed.
