Hi Doug

No, we don't have this functionality. The easiest way would be to create
another macro file, with a few macros that contain the html content.

package x

_whatsnew_ {

html that you would have put in whatsnew.html

The only macro stuff will be package names and the macro names. I'm sure
that anyone that can write html can cope with this.
Oh, I have just thought that maybe you use an html editor - in this case
you'd have to add the html into the macro file by hand.

But its not much overhead to do this. Otherwise you'll have to edit the
macro parsing code and I don't think that would be much fun.
