Quite a few people seem to be having this problem. From what I can
tell, it seems to only be happening on windows - whenever I've tested
it (on linux) it has worked for me.

I think someone suggested that the word->html converter we use (wvWare)
successfully got the images if they installed greenstone to a path
without a space in it... eg c:gsdl rather than "C:Program Filesgsdl",
in which case it should be fairly easy to track down where the problem
is (in their package or in the greenstone wrapper for it) and fix it.

However I personally don't use windows very often, so I can't confirm
either the problem or the fix. Hopefully one of the greenstone developers
will be able to test and fix this in time for the next release....
