Hi Anuradha

I guessed you wanted to display macros based on the language selected
(for example: l=en means all macros defined in English will be selected
to display). If I guessed right, the macros need to be defined
separately for each language. Say, _mymacro_ is defined in English and
French, with l=en or l=fr attached to the URL, _mymacro_ will be
displayed accordingly.
_mymacro_ [l=en] {macro in English}
_mymacro_ [l=fr] {macro in French}

Taking look at the wiki page
(http://wiki.greenstone.org/wiki/index.php/All_about_macros) will help
you understand more about macros.
I will forward your email to Greenstone mailing list. At there, you will
get helps from other developers and users.
