Subject [greenstone-users] Table of Contents display control
What controls the display of Table of Contents on the right side? I am
talking about the display of a book with the book cover on the left side
and table of contents on the right side. I could not find any macros and/or
format strings that can change the display of the table of contents.

If I can change the display, I would like to
1. remove the open book icon and the title. Because the open book icon goes
back to the Title list, which the Title browse can do. OR
2. put a link to the full-text document on the top, so the open book link
goes to the full document.
3. make all text linked on Table of Contents. Currently, only the icons,
such as the page icon (itext) , the folder icon, etc, are linked.

Any ideas?

Thank you very much!

Allison
