Hi Divya

Do you want your css files to be processed independently? Or just
included along with your html files? The latter should happen automatically.
For the former, if you want specific processing done for css files, then
you will need to write a new plugin. Otherwise I suggest you process
them using
TEXTPlug -process_exp (?i).(te?xt|css)$
