Hi,

the link is;
http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/greenstone/Organizer_v1.1.1.2.exe

"The Organizer is a Windows application useful for automatically
generating many of the configuration files (metadata.xml, sub.txt
etc.) required by complex Greenstone collections."

It is at the very bottom of the downloads page on the greenstone.org site.

I am pretty sure it is no longer maintained, so I don't know how well
it works any longer. Greenstone has moved on a lot since the organiser
was developed.

I REALLY recommend using the GLI instead.
