Hi Paul,

That certainly sounds very strange. When you say "some show extracted
metadata, others do not", are you talking about when viewing the files
in the Enrich pane in the GLI? Or do you mean when viewing the documents
in the built collection?

If you're in the GLI there could be a bug preventing the extracted
metadata from being associated with the files correctly. One "gotcha" is
that you have to build the collection before the GLI can show the
extracted metadata -- since this metadata is extracted by the plugins
during the import process. Is it possible you didn't rebuild the
collection after adding new PDFs?
