I checked the server and found the congd library was created in 2001, and
we don't server it any more. Instead, we provided a Chinese sample
collection to the public at
http://www.nzdl.org/cgi-bin/library?a=p&p=about&c=chinese&l=zh&nw=utf-8

However, we still keep the source files. I'm not sure whether it has been
completely saved. Do you mind tell me what's your purpose of checking this
library? I may provide some helps by sending you source files.
