Hi Diego

Currently, our incremental capability is limited to incremental
addition. However, David has been doing work on incremental building
over the last few weeks, and thinks he's got it pretty much all working,
for edits and deletes too.

So the next release should have proper incremental build. We are looking
to do 2.82rc mid April, so hopefully you can test it for us then :-)
