Do you want Greenstone to connect to the z39.50 server? If so, please
read our z39.50 support page on the wiki:
You will need to recompile greenstone to support z3950, then add an
entry for the server in greenstone/etc/packages/z3950.cfg file.
The z3950 server will appear like a collection in your library.
Regarding the unknown classifier bit, what version of greenstone are you
using? In 2.72 this has been fixed so that you get a default message
based on your metadata name rather than "unknown".
For earlier versions, you need to add some more macros specific to the
metadata name you built the classifier on.
Have a look in english.dm and look for the text that is already on the
page, e.g. "search for particular words" and "browse publications", and
also the long help text. You should be able to work out what macros you
need to add.
I think it will be _textXXXshort_ and _textXXXlong_, where XXX is the
name of your metadata element (or buttonname).
