Hi Rich

Have you got two values for the metadata for that document? If so, the
document could be categorised under both metadata values.

The greying out bit is weird - GLI normally greys out something if you
have selected two or more documents: any metadata that is not common
between them will be grey. But if you only have one document selected,
it should all be black.

You could try deleting the metadata for that document and re-adding it.
