Is your Ubuntu server a 32-bit or 64-bit server? If it is 64-bit and you
have administration rights you will need to get the ia32-libs and
libc6-i386 packages by typing in the following on the command line.
sudo apt-get install ia32-libs libc6-i386
If this doesn't help let us know.
