for this file, all the accented characters are being served up as
a 'null' character ('0'). To help debug this, there are several things
you can do -

1) check the xml files in the collection's archive directory carefully,
and see if things seem to be encoded there properly.
2) tell us the operating environment (operating system, version, greenstone
version, etc)
3) It seems you are using an old version of greenstone, based on the
image-based layout. Have you tried with a more recent version of greenstone?
It may be a bug that has been fixed since then.

Also, since you are using css in your site, you might like to upgrade
to a newer version of greenstone anyway, since new versions now default
to using a css-based layout. This will make it easier for you to 'theme'
your collections to look like the rest of your site.

There is apparently a new version of greenstone being released in
the next week or two, but in the meantime you could try using the
most recent release of greenstone to see if that fixes your problem.
