This means apache is sending the file instead of running it.
So, it is a problem with your apache set up.

Do you have mod_cgi.o loaded? Maybe you could try adding "Options ExecCGI"
to the <Directory "/virtual/gsdl/gsdl/cgi-bin/"> paragraph above.
