Hi Andrea,

Can you please check that the configure script in the packages/isis-gdl
directory is executable, the isis-gdl package was configured without
errors when you ran ./configure at the top level, and that a Makefile was
created in the packages/isis-gdl directory.

(For next time, if you're compiling Greenstone from source then the
gsdl-2.50-src.tar.gz distribution is probably sufficient).
