Hi Sharad

You will most likely need to modify your DocumentText format statement.
The default will only display [Text], but with pagedimg PPTS, you want
[srcicon] (I think).

http://www.greenstone.org/cgi-bin/library?e=p-en-faq-utfZz-8&a=p&p=faqcustomize#customizeformat
has some more information about format statements.

If you have other document types in your collection, you might want to
use something like

{If}{[parent:FileFormat] eq PPT, [srcicon],[Text]}

Katherine
