in which Hong Zhang wanted to "allow the top level of the hirerarchy
to be displayed in the horizonal direction and the rest in the
vertical direction?" and stefan boddie replied that the Hierarchy
classifier would need to be modified to do this.

Did Zhang or anyone else do this? I need the exact same thing.
