Hi Anandh,

Thank you for the extra information, it helps a lot. A key point that we
wouldn't have known otherwise is that you are using Greenstone 2.36, which is
getting pretty old these days.

Please download the latest version of Greenstone (v2.40a) and try building
your collection again. If you still have the same problem then it is serious
and we will look into it. However there is a good chance that this is a
problem that has been fixed since v2.36, in which case we won't need to try
to find a bug that no longer exists!
