Subject [greenstone-users] Building in Greenstone (2.81) from Winisis database and scanned pdf file
Dear all, I am having a winisis data base (about 3000 records) of meta
data for reports. Each record (mfn) refers one report. Now we are scanning
the document to make a pdf file of each report for digital library I can
build the winisis data base in GS and I can build the pdf files separately.
I want link the each pdf file for corresponding record mfn in Winisis. So
that the users can search by author, report number, keywords etc., We want
to show the meta data retrieval first, and if they want they have to see the
scanned image of the corresponding pdf file. Can any body give their
suggestions to reduce the manual work. Kindly suggest us.
