When building a collection using GLI, I receive messages like: import.pl>
unicode: ERROR - could not load encoding windows_1252-unicode
Then the collection build fails - how to avoid this? Is the problem in
this encoding error?

Also, the same import Log gives a number of rejected and unrecognized
files - can the building proceduer be successful if such a note is given
by the Log file?
