Hi again,

I need support..

I have already sent a mail regarding this issue -

I get this message when selecting the "Complete Build"......

 "This collection cannot be rebuilt because the old index files cannot be
 deleted. Please make sure that Greenstone or some other program is not using
 these files and try again."

I had searched in the Mailing Archives List for the answer : Well, its Not due to the Locking of files.......

I also get the "an error has occured that has prevented the collection to get previewed"  when trying the "Increment " option..

any clues..

appreciate all the help..
