Hi,
this is a known problem with the 3rd party pdftohtml converter we use -
I've seen this with a couple of PDF files as well. There's a slightly
newer version available for download that will probably make it into
the next version of greenstone, although I don't know if it fixes the
problem.
I talked to the author and sent him a sample PDF where this happens,
but maybe it wasn't enough - for your information, the file I had
with inverted images was created by "PDFWriter 3.0" on windows.
