Subject [greenstone-users] Greenstone on a MacBook

I'm having students in one of my courses play with Greenstone on
their home machines.
Two students with MacBooks have reported that while they can get the
Librarian Interface
to run, they are having problems transferring documents from their
workspace into their collection,
getting the following error message:

"Unable to determine the arguments for the ConvertToPlug.pm plugin.
ensure that the plugin in question provides the -xml flag by running the
pluginfo.pl script described in section 2.1 of the Greenstone
Developers Guide."

All of my other OS X users are fine. Is this just a matter of
needing to recompile Greenstone
to work on OS X with an Intel chip, or does this look like something
else? As far as I can tell,
they've got through all the installation steps correctly.
