Hello Andrew,

I hope I understood your question right, when you process TIFF files,
there is an option in ImagePlug THUMBNAILTYPE AND THUMBNAIL SIZE, switch
it on and set file format to JPEG. These thumbnails will be
automatically shown in your collection.

Or just use IrfanView, before putting the files to Greenstone
