Hi Dmitry

Try adding this option to your HTMLPlug:

-assoc_files (?i).(gif|jpe?g|jpe|png|css|js)$

(If you are using the GLI, you will need to be in Expert mode)
This should make js files handled in the same way as images or css files
- they will be copied over and linked to from the document.
Are all your links like "img/lib.js@123"? For files with eg @123 after
the file name, you will need to modify the regular expression, for example
(?i).(gif|jpe?g|jpe|png|css|js@d+)$

(I haven't tried this myself so you may need to fiddle with the
expression a bit.)

I hope this works,
Cheers,
Katherine
