Hello,

I already save file collect.cfg in UTF-8 encoding by EditPlus. However it
still doesn't work.

There is no problem with search indexes.
It could be display Thai character even agrument is english language

for example,
collectionmeta.document:text [l=en] "□□□□□□ (text)"
