Hello Gassem, please check the following:

1- You add the PDFPlugin to your collect.cfg
2- Check that PDF files are not password protected. Open them with
Adobe Reader, and in document properties look at Security tab. Is
should say "allowed" in content extraction.
3- Are you running 2.83?. Windows? Linux?
3- Check GLI messages. Go to File --> Preferences and in Mode tab
choose "Expert". Then build your collection and check the messages.
